That is what sits behind a question that looks routine: how should the place be cleaned?<\\\/p>\\n<h2>Two areas, two trades<\\\/h2>\\n<p>The showroom has to look immaculate from Monday to Saturday, opening hours included: floors gleaming under the spotlights, glass without a streak, the reception area and offices ready for a customer who has come in to sign for a vehicle. It is a commercial display in the literal sense.<\\\/p>\\n<p>The workshop runs on its own schedule, often out of sync with the showroom, and it produces something other than dust: oils, greases, brake residue, water from washing out the pits. And between the two there is usually an outdoor parking area, sometimes a dedicated wash bay for customer or demonstration vehicles.<\\\/p>\\n<p>For a dealer principal or a site manager, the difficulty is right there: a showroom open to the public demands discretion and consistency, with no visible interruption for the customer walking through. A workshop closed to the public demands something else: compliance, traceability, safety. The same provider has to speak both languages without sacrificing one for the other.<\\\/p>\\n<p><strong>Two worlds, one contract: that is usually where the friction starts.<\\\/strong> The equipment and products that degrease a workshop will damage a showroom floor polished for sales. And the reverse decontaminates nothing.<\\\/p>\\n<h2>The workshop: a separate environmental classification<\\\/h2>\\n<p>A vehicle repair workshop in Belgium falls under a specific environmental classification based on the installed motor power of its equipment.
